I’m always looking side and way to get a good nutricious side in the family. This is a simple easy way to do that. During the week we occasionally used prepackaged greens. For this one we used contains Baby Kale, chard, and spinach.
Next I run cabbage through the food processor shredder. This can be done in advance and put in a ziploc bag. It will easily last a good week.
Then run bussel sprouts through the food processor. This can be done in advance and put in a ziploc bag. It will easily last a good week.
Top with sunflower seeds and cranberries.
Top with dressing. I like the Panera Fuji Apple salad dressing. Toss and serve.
